Finally took the old girl for a drive the other day,
Front end is good but I really hate the rear ride quality.
The lowered king leaf springs are too low and possibly too stiff.
There is a spring maker in Newcastle who I am going to take them too to have them re-set about 50mm higher and will return to standard rear shocks, the roads in Newcastle are pretty sub-par and it's not fun to drive around here with the current rear setup. Bounced off bump stops a few times, which is a jaw rattler.
Going to put some effort into making the car more street compliant.
Would love to keep this set of leafs for track days/hill climb.
